This plan is all on one floor and proves that great planning can make a small package feel large. With 900 to 932 heated square feet, you can have plenty of room without the large footprint.

This plan is all on one floor and has a spacious common area and an abundance of storage. With 2 master suites you can enjoy the luxury of a larger cottage without the larger footprint. See video walk-through at the upper part of this page.
3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / 1 Floor
This plan provides a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with plenty of open area. This plan includes 1,287 or 1,650 total heated square feet along with several exterior options.
3 bedroom / 3 bathrooms / 2 floors
This 2 story plan offers an open concept that is great for entertaining and enough room for everyone to have their own space. The plan boast 1,500 SF.
3 or 4 bedroom plans / 2 bathrooms / 2 Floors
This plan provides a spacious 2 floor cottage with plenty of flex area. With a master suite on the first floor and either 2 or 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor, there is plenty of elbow room for everyone.
